Home loans

Have your heart set on new digs?

Banks won’t tell you about better options elsewhere, but Simplii will.

Going directly to your bank for a home loan only limits you to their loans and interest rates. Whether you need finance for a new home or pre-approval for an established property, do finance smarter with Simplii.

How we help

  • We have 30+ lenders. This give you more options, rather than sticking to the limited products at your bank.

  • We do the shopping around. This saves you time and from making enquiries with different banks (which may impact your credit score).

  • We’re independent. We’re not tied to any lenders, and no banks have any shares to our company.

  • We save time and hassle. No need to wait in queues or on hold. We stream-line the process, helping you with contracts, lodging your application and even applying for government grants and schemes!

  • We stay connected. Whenever you need finance assistance, you have direct contact to your broker, who wants to help.

What’s the steps?

  1. Contact us: Your initial chat with a broker involves discussing your financial situation, new home goals, and preferences for a mortgage.

  2. Your borrowing capacity: You provide us with information about your income, assets, debts, and credit history. We can then compare results from 30+ lenders to determine your borrowing capacity and suitable loan options.

  3. Loan application: Once we've helped you choose the loan that's right for you, we will assist you with your home loan application. You will generally need pay slips, tax returns, bank statements, and identification.

  4. Conditional approval: The lender will give conditional approval while they organise a property valuation and do a credit check. We will keep in contact with the lender and update you.

  5. Unconditional approval: This is when you celebrate! Unconditional approval signifies the formal acknowledgment that your home loan application has been accepted.

  6. Complete loan docs: Your loan is a significant financial commitment. We will assist you with completing your mortgage documents and answer any questions you have.

  7. Settlement: Your solicitor organises settlement directly with your lender, according to the settlement date on your contract of sale. This is the day funds are transferred, and you become the owner of the property!
